LMM Tuesday Morning Breakfast Meetings

Relationship. Yes, we have breakfast, but what is at the core of our meeting is relationship. Easy, low key, no pressure, good fellowship and real relationship building, and a clear focus on the Lord Jesus – these things are at the center of every meeting.

Every other Tuesday, at 6:30am, we gather in “Eddie’s Room” at the JDT Medical Rehabilitation Center in Lincoln Park, to enjoy a great breakfast, vibrant worship, a testimony of hope based on current life experiences, and a fresh word from one of the brothers who regularly attends or a guest. Our focus is sharing the life the Lord Jesus has chosen to share with us and is manifesting through us.

Our meetings have never been huge, in fact most run between 25 and 35 in attendance, but out of these meetings God has birthed some significant ministry. Not long after we began, the vision came for the Man Conferences. This has been followed by visions for reaching young men, Morning Prayer, Huddle Ups to help churches build and strengthen their men’s ministries, discipleship training, and the proclamation of a “mandate” to help men embrace their manhood. Over the past few years, contrary to what most would expect, thousands have been reached and helped as a result of these breakfast meetings being held.

The book of Revelation declares we “overcome by the blood of the Lamb, the word of our testimony, and not loving our own lives… (Rev. 12:11).” Men are overcoming in this life because of what gets shared at these meetings. We encourage you to join us and “taste and see that the Lord is good.”
